Purpose & Values Session

The very first step to being deliberate is finding out what you live for, then we use this to create your very own purpose statement. For example, using the steps in session 1, I found my purpose is to “encourage individuals to lead deliberate lives so they can be happier, healthier and more fulfilled”.​

 

This session is always 1-2-1 and can take anywhere between 2-6 hours, with the outcome being that you’ll have a first draft of a purpose statement that you can test and measure in your life.

This is where you have to take time outside of the sessions to test your purpose statement so that you can see if it feels right, as not everything is right the first time! So if we need to, we can take a second look and try again.
